4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through Brewsocial. By submitting, posting or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

You agree not to use Brewsocial for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. This includes but is not limited to: transmitting any worms or viruses, sending unsolicited messages, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

6. Payment and Subscription

Some of Brewsocial's services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees and costs, on any outstanding balance.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brewsocial, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage related to your use of the service; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
